Salary: £35,775 OTE (base salary (£31,775) + projected gratuities)

Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week, including some weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients

Supporting food production across deli counters, restaurant service, and delivery operations

Assisting with bespoke menu creation for private events

Maintaining excellent standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and food safety

Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials

Ensuring your section is fully prepared with strong mise en place

Sharing knowledge and supporting junior team members

What You’ll Bring

Strong experience preparing seasonal dishes using fresh produce

Excellent knife skills and a broad understanding of cooking techniques

Ability to execute menus and present dishes to a consistently high standard

Solid knowledge of food safety and HACCP

Experience with deli preparation or delivery services is a bonus

Adaptability across multiple kitchen environments

Clear communication skills and a calm, focused approach under pressure
