Room Leader

Salary:£32,032- £35,360 per year (based on experience)

Hours:Full-time (MondayFriday)

Responsibilities:

• Plan age-appropriate activities to support childrens learning and development
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the nursery
• Manage daily care routines including feeding, nappy changing and sleep
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Observe and assess childrens progress and document achievements

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
• Experience working with young children
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to high-quality care and education
• Supportive, family-focused approach
