Legal PA – Corporate Team (Part-Time, 4 Days)
West End, London Hybrid Working Up to £45,000 FTE (£36,000 actual salary)
A highly regarded and fast-growing Media & Entertainment law firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join its busy Corporate team on a part-time basis (4 days per week).
This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, collaborative firm with an outstanding reputation across media, entertainment, corporate and commercial law. The firm has experienced impressive growth in recent years and now has a headcount of over 180 employees, while maintaining a supportive and personable culture.
The Role
You will provide high-level support to a team of 4-5 fee earners, including Partners, within the Corporate department. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary and meeting management
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Managing inboxes and correspondence
- Preparing legal documents, presentations and reports
- Billing, expenses and matter administration
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders professionally
- Supporting fee earners with day-to-day workflow and deadlines
About You
- Previous experience as a Legal PA / Legal Secretary within a law firm
- Corporate law experience highly desirable
- Confident supporting senior stakeholders and Partners
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable and team-oriented approach
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal systems
