A successful secondary school in Poole, Dorset is seeking outstanding graduates to join its salaried Graduate Teacher Training programme from September 2026. This opportunity provides a structured pathway into teaching, allowing you to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) while earning a full salary.

The Role
As a Graduate Teacher Trainee, you will work alongside experienced teachers, gradually developing your teaching skills through a combination of practical classroom experience, professional training and expert mentoring.
You will receive comprehensive support throughout your training year and will be fully prepared to progress into a qualified teaching position upon successful completion of the programme.

Person Specification
Applicants should possess:

A degree in French or Spanish (minimum 2:1 preferred)

A strong academic background, including GCSEs and A Levels

GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics
