Compliance Officer

A growing compliance company is looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to support clients with FCA authorisations and ongoing regulatory compliance.
This is a client-facing role suited to someone with strong FCA knowledge and hands-on experience managing regulatory applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage FCA authorisation applications including SMCR, VOPs and ARs
- Draft compliance policies, procedures and regulatory documentation
- Liaise with the FCA and respond to regulatory queries
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide compliance guidance
- Manage multiple client relationships and projects
Requirements
- Experience within FCA compliance or a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations and filings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
