Blue Arrow, in partnership with dnata catering UK, is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a high-performing team within the aviation and logistics sector.

If you are an experienced Class 2 Driver (Cat C) looking for a rewarding role in airport logistics, airside driving, and catering distribution, this is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading inflight catering providers.

Rates: £17.61 PH + Holiday accrual

Shift pattern – is 1 x week rotational

Candidates MUST be willing to commit to full shift pattern

HGV Class 2 Driver – Key Responsibilities

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will operate across both airside and landside environments, ensuring time-critical deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.

Key duties include:

• Loading catering equipment and bar supplies onto 17-tonne rigid vehicles
• Completing airside deliveries directly to aircraft
• Working closely with cabin crew to transfer catering equipment
• Supporting stock deliveries across UK sites when required
• Operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven logistics environment
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this Class 2 driving job, you must have:

• Full UK Driving Licence – Category C (Class 2) (max 6 penalty points)
• Valid Driver CPC qualification
• Valid Driver Digicard
• Full address & work history
• Willing to allow a DBS & reference check
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Good numeracy and teamwork skills
