TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a modern and rapidly growing conveyancing practice that is looking to appoint a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated conveyancer with 23 years experience managing their own residential property caseload who is looking to join a forward thinking firm that embraces technology, values client care, and offers genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties throughout transactions
• Ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory requirements
• Delivering high levels of client care and communication throughout the transaction process

You will work as part of a supportive and growing team where quality of work and client experience are highly valued.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 23 years experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong knowledge of both freehold and leasehold transactions
• Excellent client communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and positive approach to work
• Strong understanding of compliance and AML procedures
• An interest in modern legal technology and efficient ways of working

Applications are welcomed from qualified or part-qualified professionals, including those with CILEX qualifications, CLC qualification, or relevant conveyancing experience.
