The Opportunity
Working within a fast-paced logistics environment, you’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with operational procedures. This is a role where attention to detail, communication, and customer focus are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, managing their logistics and customs requirements
- Ensure all customer instructions are captured and processed accurately in line with SOPs and internal procedures
- Support updates to procedures and documentation when service requirements change
- Liaise closely with internal teams, global colleagues, and external stakeholders
- Respond promptly and effectively to queries from customers, customs authorities, and internal departments
- Attend customer meetings where required and contribute to service delivery improvements
About You
- Some experience in logistics, supply chain, or customs is ideal – but not essential (full training provided)
- A genuine interest in international trade, shipping, or customs brokerage
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
