Associate / Senior Associate Insolvency Solicitor

AJ Chambers are delighted to be working with a top 50 law firm based near fleet Street, currently seeking an Associate / Senior Associate Insolvency Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE.

This firm provides solutions to organisations within the private, public and third sectors as well as individuals.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not exclusively to:

• Dealing with non-contentious and contentious insolvency work
• Administration Appointments
• Mergers & Acquisitions – Sales of Businesses
• Winding Up Petitions
• Transactions at Undervalue & Preferences
• Insolvency Act 1986 / Insolvency Rules 2016 & Companies Act 2006
