Director – M&A (Corporate Finance Lead Advisory) Thames ValleyMid-Market & Lower Mid-Market Focus

I’m working exclusively with a highly respected Corporate Finance practice who are growing their practice in the Thames Valley, who are now looking to appoint a Director or Partner with the capability to originate and execute deals across the lower mid-market and mid-market in the Berkshire area.

This is a standout opportunity for a driven M&A professional who wants to build their own franchise within a thriving regional market.

The role

• Leading origination efforts across the Thames Valley, leveraging your network and market insight
• Managing and executing transactions end-to-end across sell-side, buy-side and fundraising mandates
• Acting as a trusted advisor to founders, management teams and investors
• Developing junior talent and contributing to the growth of the practice
• Playing a strategic role in shaping the firm’s regional presence

What you’ll bring

• A strong track record in mid-market or lower mid-market M&A lead advisory
• Demonstrable origination capability – you know how to build and convert a pipeline
• Excellent execution skills with the ability to run multiple deals simultaneously
• Credibility, commercial acumen and a collaborative leadership style
• Knowledge of the Thames Valley market, or a compelling reason to make it your base
